Any information collected, including but not limited to names, phone numbers, email addresses, and health-related details, is used solely for the purpose of evaluating eligibility, providing insurance options, and servicing policies.

All personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Information is only shared with licensed insurance carriers, underwriting partners, and service providers as necessary to process applications, issue policies, and maintain coverage. We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third parties.

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel and partners who require it to perform their responsibilities.

By submitting information to Pendulum Insurance, you consent to being contacted by phone, text message, or email regarding insurance products and services. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of communications at any time in accordance with applicable regulations.

While we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. By engaging with Pendulum Insurance, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

Pendulum Insurance reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

All applications for coverage through Pendulum Insurance are subject to eligibility, underwriting, and final approval by the issuing insurance carrier. Coverage is not effective until the application is approved, the policy is issued, and all required initial premiums are paid.

Policy terms, premiums, and benefits are determined by the carrier and may vary based on age, health, lifestyle, and other underwriting factors. Any quotes or illustrations provided are estimates only and are not guarantees of coverage or pricing.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the application process. Any misrepresentation or omission may result in changes to coverage, denial of a claim, or policy cancellation in accordance with carrier guidelines.

Policies may include a review or “free-look” period, during which the policy may be canceled in accordance with state regulations. After this period, coverage remains in force only if required premiums are paid on time. Failure to make premium payments may result in policy lapse or termination.

The issuing insurance carrier reserves the right to cancel, rescind, or modify coverage in accordance with the terms of the policy and applicable law, including but not limited to non-payment, material misrepresentation, or ineligibility discovered during underwriting or contestability periods.

Pendulum Insurance acts as an independent agency representing multiple highly rated carriers and provides guidance in selecting coverage. All policies are issued and administered by the respective insurance carrier, which is solely responsible for policy performance, claims, cancellations, and contractual obligations.

Policy features such as cash value, loans, dividends, or interest crediting (if applicable) are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the policy contract and may be affected by carrier performance and market conditions.

By engaging with Pendulum Insurance and proceeding with the application process, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and understand these terms and voluntarily choose to proceed under these conditions.

Referrals must be submitted to Pendulum Insurance via email or the online form prior to any direct contact and must include the individual or business name, phone number, and email address. Referred individuals or businesses must be new and not currently in process with Pendulum Insurance.

All referrals are subject to eligibility, underwriting, and carrier approval. A referral reward is issued only after a policy is approved, issued, placed in force, and remains active beyond any applicable review or free-look period. Limit one reward per referred household or business unless otherwise approved in writing.

A referral reward will not be issued if the referred individual or business does not qualify for coverage, fails to complete the application process, does not make required payments, or if the policy is canceled, rescinded, or lapses during any review period. Rewards will also not be issued for duplicate referrals, previously known contacts, or referrals submitted after direct contact has already occurred. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable referral information may result in disqualification.

Referral rewards are provided solely as a marketing appreciation and not for the solicitation, negotiation, or sale of insurance. Any individual acting in a licensed capacity must have a separate written agreement in place. Any attempt to misrepresent, solicit, or improperly influence a transaction will result in disqualification from the program.

All rewards are subject to applicable laws and may require reporting. Pendulum Insurance reserves the sole right to determine eligibility and may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time.
